About the Artist

Lina Maslo is a working artist located in Anderson, South Carolina. Equipped with a Bachelors Degree in Art, she is pursuing a career in illustration.
 
 Lina has illustrated the book A Possum Named Paul by Howard McFall Jones.  She works in colored pencil, paint, and other various mediums. Her style ranges from realistic to cartoony; however, her love of color and contrast between dark and light is evident in all her work. Her goal is to become a busy illustrator of magazines and books.

Lina has also completed several commissioned murals. Her most recent mural was for a bicycle shop in Anderson, SC. She also paints for churches and people's homes. For her murals, Lina works in acrylic paint.

Lina resides with her husband and four children in Anderson, SC.
